For the luxury spirit brand like The Glenlivet, building consumer database is vital to increasing brand awareness and choosing a suitable approach. However, discerning whiskiers in Vietnam are niche market, not active on social channels and hard to engage with. The brand briefs us to propose a solution to build database and generate actual sales.
SOLUTION
We build a leading-edge CRM to categorize discerning drinkers and build database in Vietnam. Then, a series of digital experiences and platforms are designed to connect and recruit this niche audience to be Guardians of The Glenlivet's original values and lifestyle.
